“on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.”

“It's an old building that needs a bit of updating however it's in an excellent location and the staff were super helpful and friendly.”

“Fantastic location, with amazing views over Fistral beach. Great breakfast with a good selection of food.(the granola was fab) We booked hot stone massages which were amazing, The swimming pool was lovely. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the small carpark and the lack of gym equipment, despite the pictures showing cardio equipment. Other than that we had an amazing relaxing stay.”
